Trader Joe’s Organic Dark Chocolate PB&J Minis are individually wrapped chocolates stuffed with peanut butter and raspberry jelly. Read on to see if you should buy a bag!

Does anyone remember the PB&J Milk Chocolate Bars? For $0.99, you could get a whole chocolate candy bar with peanut butter and gooey raspberry filling. They were so good and it broke my heart when they were discontinued.

Well, Trader Joe’s seems to be trying to make it up to me with these Dark Chocolate PB&J Minis. Each bag contains 8 individually wrapped bite sized chocolates with that same peanut butter and raspberry goo filling for $2.99.

If you’ve read my Top 10 Trader Joe’s Products, then you know I like having these on hand, and for good reason.

The dark chocolate has a lot more depth than the milk chocolate of the old full-size candy bar, which gives the minis a bit more balance. The peanut butter and raspberry jelly have just the right consistency so that they don’t run out when you bite a mini in half.

I love that these are individually wrapped. When I have the self-control to not eat the whole bag in one go, these are great to throw in my purse for a little treat when I’m at work or out and about.

My only complaint is that there aren’t more in the bag since I can blow through one pretty fast.

Nutritional Information for Dark Chocolate PB&J Minis

I was happy to see these were gluten free, since I try to avoid wheat and sometimes it seems like wheat is everywhere.

As usual, since this is a Trader Joe’s product, it contains no artificial dyes, flavors, or preservatives. They do contain milk, soy, and peanuts, and may contain traces of egg and coconut. If any of these are a concern for you, keep that in mind.

Verdict: Recommend!

Trader Joe’s Organic Dark Chocolate PB&J Minis are a delicious treat that are easy to take with you when you’re on the go.
