Jump to RecipeAny time my kids ask me to make something every week, I know I’ve got a winner.
This easy chicken recipe has been on repeat at our house for several weeks. It comes together in no time and the poppers bake in the oven which reduces your hands-on time. That makes these perfect for dinners on busy nights.
Chicken can be a little boring but that is not the case with these poppers. The flavors from the ranch seasonings really shine through and make these so much more fun than plain old chicken breasts. Even my daughter who doesn’t like ranch dressing thinks these are amazing.
Give them a try! I think you’ll keep coming back to this recipe again and again.

What You’ll Need to Make Quick and Easy Ranch Chicken Poppers
- 1 Pound of Chicken
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Dried Dill
- Salt
- Pepper
- Large Bowl
- Large Baking Sheet
- Parchment Paper
Tips
- Use a tablespoon cookie scoop to form the meatballs quickly. Once you plop them onto the baking sheet, quickly roll them in your hands just to take care of any rough edges. Plus, you’ll be sure all of your chicken poppers will be the same size for even baking.
- These don’t get very brown in the oven. If you really need that color to make you happy, toss them around a hot skillet for a couple of minutes to brown them up a bit.
- These can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen. Simply reheat in the microwave and enjoy!
