This product is all over the internet. There are Facebook groups entirely dedicated to Trader Joe’s and Chili Onion Crunch is one of the products that are raved about over and over. Yet somehow I had never tried this.
This stuff is pretty delicious, but it definitely packs a punch. You’ll want to go easy on this if you’re not a fan of spicy things. It goes a long way, though, since you need very little of it. At $3.99 for 6 ounces, it’s not a bad deal given how long I see this lasting.
I think my favorite thing about this product are the little crispy garlic and onion bits. They add a layer of texture to whatever you use it on that you didn’t even know you were missing.
This product is super versatile and I’ve used it on so many things – scrambled eggs, omelettes, stir fries, burgers…I’ve even made a dip by mixing it with a little mayonnaise. Whatever you would add hot sauce to, try adding Chili Onion Crunch. You won’t be sorry.

The serving size for this is 1 tablespoon which I have never even come close to using. Like I said, this stuff is pretty spicy, and even for a spice-lover like myself, I think a tablespoon would be too much.
Olive oil is the main ingredient here, so if you’re concerned about fat, this is not the condiment for you.
Like all Trader Joe’s products, this seasoning blend does not contain artificial flavors, preservatives, or colorings.
