Aluminum Foil or Parchment Paper
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt, to Taste
Pepper, to Taste
Preheat oven to 450°. Line the sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Place the chicken breasts on the sheet pan and brush both sides of each breast with olive oil. Season both sides with seasoning mix, salt, and pepper, to taste.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the breast registers 165°.
Allow the chicken breasts to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
