Cooked Chicken, Shredded or Cubed
About 2 Breasts
About ½ of a Small Apple
Diced Red Onion
Use Sugar-Free if Doing a Whole30
Salt, To Taste
Pepper, To Taste
Add all of the ingredients, except for the salt and pepper, to a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper as needed.
