In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the Yum Yum Sauce earlier in the day or the night before and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Heat the sesame oil in the skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and the white parts of the green onion and saute until the onion is translucent.
Add the ground meat, garlic, and ginger and saute until the meat is cooked through and any liquid has evaporated.
Add the carrots and cabbage and saute just until the cabbage becomes tender. This does not take long, maybe a minute or two.
Add the soy sauce or coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, and pepper, and stir to combine. Taste for seasoning and add salt if needed.
Serve on its own or over rice or cauliflower rice and drizzle with the Yum Yum Sauce.
