Easy Homemade Chili
This Easy Homemade Chili recipe combines beef, beans, tomatoes, and spices into a delicious, hearty warming stew. Perfect for a tailgate or Super Bowl party!
Beans, Beef, Chili
Green Pepper, Chopped
Garlic, Minced or Crushed
Can of Crushed Tomatoes
(Beef or Chicken)
Pinto Beans, Drained
In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
Add the onion and green pepper and saute until the onion is translucent.
Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the spices are fragrant.
Add the remaining ingredients, stir to combine, and bring to a boil over high heat. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Taste for salt and adjust as needed.
